HeatAlert Sign with 6' Aluminum Post
This product is new and has limited stock available. We will contact you with availability after receiving your order .
HeatAlert® HPM1 Temperature-Sensitive Warning Sign with 6ft Aluminum C-Channel Post Built by the makers of IceAlert®. The HeatAlert temperature-sensitive disc rotates from white to red when ambient air temperatures cross dangerous thresholds—no batteries, no wiring, no maintenance, no calibration required.
HeatAlert® alerts employees, customers, students, and visitors that outdoor heat conditions warrant attention. The disc begins rotating at 85°F and turns fully red at 95°F, providing clear notice that air temperature has crossed a research-anchored threshold for less-acclimatized people—children, athletes, outdoor workers, and anyone returning to heat after time off. Ideal for building exits, loading docks, playgrounds, athletic fields, bus loops, pool decks, and outdoor work areas.
27+ Years Proven Technology. Zero Maintenance: No power source, no calibration, no annual service contracts. Made in USA: Medical-grade materials, Oregon manufactured. Built on the same bimetallic platform trusted by Amazon, Ford, 3M, Intel, Merck, Providence Health, and more.
A Note on Use: HeatAlert is a visual air-temperature warning. It is not a heat index or WBGT measurement, and it does not replace OSHA-required workplace heat monitoring. Use HeatAlert alongside the NIOSH/OSHA Heat App, a WBGT meter, or HeatAlert Connect™ for compliance decisions.
